Have you come here wondering about the new Fair Work
Act; about how to deal with employment issues; whether your company is meeting the National Employment
Standards; or because you need support with a situation you are trying to deal with at this very
moment?
The Oi Group has assisted more than 6155
employers with Industrial & Employment Law Advocacy since 1996.
Dear Employer
You've come to the right place! For over 15 years now, our team of professional industrial advocates has been providing
support in the field of Australian Industrial & Employment Law to employers throughout Australia, as well
as in New Zealand and the USA. As a result we have a combined total of over 6155 members and
clients.
For just as long those members have been receiving a yearly copy of our 267 page
"The Australian Manager's Guide to Industrial & Employment Law". In addition,
for only $154.00 paid on-line once per year, they have received 24 hour membership access without
any further payment, to the following and more support areas:
-
our Advice Finder Search Engine,
-
over 100 self completing employer documents and
forms,
-
all of our sample policies, payslips and facts
sheets,
-
daily access to our Industrial Relations news blog.
In addition all of our members know they can call our Australia Wide 1300 737 564 number
for further individualised advice and support with any matter relating to employment - and ranging from
before recruitment through to after dismissal.
But don't just take my word for it - to the right are some of the testimonials we have
received from happy customers - who have saved money, time, and a few grey hairs through their membership
with us.
In fact we are so confident that our product will assist your business whether you have 2 or
22,000 employees, that we now offer a 30 day money back guarantee to any new member. Should you
not find The Oi Group useful enough to download at least five forms; policies; advice finder
or employer documents from this website during the first 30 days of membership we will gladly refund your money -
simply send us an email, we'll check the records and if you've not found a use for us we will refund the money you
paid directly to the credit card you used to join. Alternatively if we don't hear from you we'll know
you should also be sent your hard copy of our latest version of "The Australian Manager's Definitive Guide to
Industrial & Employment Law".
As the founder of the company, I am proud of the support The OI Group has provided to
Australian Businesses for well over a decade now - and we would certainly welcome the opportunity of supporting
your business in the same way.
