  • How does my company become an Oi Group Member?
    To become a member of The Oi Group Click Here for Standard Membership with full benefits including a copy of our publications 'The Australian Manager's Definitive Guide to Industrial & Employment Law'.


  • Where do I find my Oi Group login name?
    On your Oi Membership Card just beneath your barcode but above the expiry date is your ID, it contains five letters followed by a hyphen and then four numbers, and is also used to login to the website (eg. OIMEM-1234).


  • How do I get my Oi Group password?
    There is a button on the left side of our website labelled 'Request Password?', this will take you to your password request form. Enter your members ID and the email address we have for your membership to have it resent.


  • Why is the site not displaying correctly on my computer?
    There are two reasons this site may not be correctly displayed are screen resolution and choice of browser. This site requires 800 x 600 resolution or better (1024 x 768 or better is recommended) and is best viewed in Internet Explorer 4+ or Mozilla Firefox.


  • Why can't I view the newsletters or the documents I generated?
    Many pages on this site, including most of those you can generate, are PDF files and need Adobe Reader to view them. There is a link to follow for downloads at the bottom of this page.

  • I know my login details are correct but they still won't work.
    Email your membership ID to the Webmaster to have your account reset.


  • My Company's details have changed.
    Email your membership ID and new details to the Webmaster to have your account updated.
    Please note however ABN changes can not be made - this will require a new membership purchase.


  • Although I am logged in, I am prompted to log in again when I visit some member's pages.
    Some browsers may cause problems with members being asked to login despite having done so, this is a problem with cookies. Using Mozilla Firefox to view the site (and ensuring cookies are on and allowed) overcomes this issue.
